EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

• Strictly no refund after payment is made.
• Although preorder items take 10-15 days, no refund can be made if the waiting time is longer than the stated period. 
• All items will be quality check before send out. If items are still received with defect, kindly contact us within 7 days upon received.
• As stocks come in bulk, do note that there may be minor defects or stains. We are sorry to inform that we cannot provide exchange/refund for slight defects (less that 0.5cm).
• We do not accept returns / exchange if the items you receive did not look good on you or that you do not like the item. 
• If you received the wrong item / size, we will provide you an exchange with the correct item. Postage fee will be covered by Modimuse Fashion.
• Size exchange due to buying wrong size can only be done once per order. Return and exchange postage fee will be cover by customer.
• Items exchanged or returned should be in original state as received. Kindly contact us within 7 days upon received for size exchange.
• As our items are mostly preorder, the item you ordered might be discontinued we will then proceed with refund / exchange with other items.
• Item must be returned by using courier with tracking number.
• SALE ITEM are strictly non refundable / exchangeable.
• We reserve the right to reject any returns / exchange if deemed inappropriate.
